Pointer Coast — Always on Point

At Pointer Coast, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we stand behind our quality and will make it right if there’s an issue with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item, design, or size sent)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pointercoast.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing Issues

All of our products include detailed sizing charts. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing chart before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes.

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size selected
  • Incorrect address provided

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pointer Coast is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we’ll assist you.
