All Pointer Coast products are made to order using a print-on-demand process.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order
  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Cancel orders if necessary (including suspected fraud or errors)

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • Shipping fees
  • Taxes
  • Duties or import charges (if applicable)

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or high demand
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because our products are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind
  • We only offer replacements or refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, production begins and changes cannot be made.
